Refund & Return Policy for Astrovishva

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if a request is made to astrovishva25@gmail.com within 2 hours of payment. Any refund requests made after 2 hours from the time of payment will not be entertained.
Approved refund will be credited to the original Payment Method within 5-7 Business days.

Incorrect Data

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect data provided by the customer. However, if the customer notifies us of the error within 1 hour of ordering the service, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the information.

Report Delivery

Once the report has been delivered to the customer, no refunds will be processed.

Processing Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the refund request. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on the processing time of the bank or payment gateway.

Double Payment

If a double payment is made for a single order by mistake, one of the payments will be refunded.

Deduction of Charges

Refunds will be issued after deducting any transaction charges levied by the bank, payment gateway, or any other charges incurred by Astrovishva during the processing and/or delivery of the service.

Return & Replacement Policy
For physical products purchased from Astrovishva, returns are accepted within 5 to 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Replacement will be done within 5-7 Business days.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at astrovishva25@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
